Nick and Mat's Infinite Shitlist

Nick is back! Hooray! We drink Schlitz and catch up and discuss Super Bowl week, tour stories, Nick's banging a white girl now, we learn about the backdoor asteroid and much more.

Nick has returned to his parents basement in Ft. Wayne, but never fear, to fill in for him is our good friend Jeremy Brizzlbzzl whose actual name we can't put here, nor can we list the bands he's played in, but once you listen you'll find out why. We drink Busch, we get silly, lots of good tour stories, lots of laughter, very little learning. Check it out.

Our quarter-century episode brings the thunder. Will Pepple returns and Nick is in town and things get zero-to-awesome in about five minutes. Seriously the most awesome of the awesomest. We drink Foster's but we get about twenty times more awesome than the entire continent of Australia. Herpes hand is discussed, Nick discusses his desire to have sex with a woman in black face, and well....really what else is there to discuss after that right? Listen and find out.

Nick returns to the podcast and brings with him James Dean - soundguy, tour manager and stage manager for such groups as Matt & Kim, Ha Ha Tonka, Mease, and of course Murder by Death. Nick doesn't make any headway on his Around the World in 80 Lays challenge, but he does get paid to strip. We drink something called Kinky and follow it with some pure beer from New Zealand whose name I forget. Lots of tour stories, lots of laughs, reunited and it feels so good.

Nick is still on tour, so filling in for him is Alex Mann of Austin Lucas and the Bold Party, Whippoorwill, Medusa and many other fine bands. We drink Natty Daddy and Milwaukee's Best and talk the origin of Mexico, snack foods, Wayne Cohen, drug sniffing dogs, Boston police, Winnebagos, wildlife and more. We laughed a lot and we learned a little.

The new guest-driven era of the show continues on with three in-studio guests, Rob Ross (of the Sump Pumps, the Circumstance and several other touring rock & roll bands), Ben Bussell (same credits as Rob but also tour manager of The Builders & The Butchers and Damion Suomi) and Shitlist legend Cuban Harrison. We introduce the four 40's in an hour rotation game, talk about Nick's progress on the Around the World in 80 Lays challenge, lot of tour stories, strip club stories, and just a generally great episode.

Our XX spectacular, which if we would have thought about it we probably should have drank Dos Equis, but instead we made and drank Pink Panty Pull Down. Number one listener Pete Schreiner joins us in studio and we get Mark Cross (the real one) and Will Pepple both on the phone. After last week's debacle we take it easy, AND classy with some Bartles & James wine coolers.
